Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Inspire and direct kitchen staff to deliver efficient food prep and exceptional service.
• Quality Control: Supervise cooking procedures to maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards.
• Training & Development: Coach team members on equipment use, procedures, and food safety.
• Inventory Oversight: Manage stock levels and ensure adequate supplies for daily operations.
• Health & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with regulations.
• Guest Satisfaction: Address guest concerns promptly to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: One year of leadership experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
• Skills: Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Problem-Solving: Stay calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Communication: Outstanding verbal communication skills are essential. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred to better serve our diverse community.
