  • Leadership development and career advancement opportunities

Bilingual (English/ Spanish) skills are a plus!

We value clear communication across our diverse team.

  • This role will be responsible for leading and running shifts regularly.
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
  • Set clear goals for the team, work toward them together, and celebrate wins!
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback, fostering growth at every level.
  • Lead team meetings with Shift Leaders and Team Leaders.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
  • Manage inventory, submit and receive orders for truck, bread, and produce.
  • Assist with catering operations.
  • Assess current systems and implement improvements.
  • Handle opening/closing responsibilities and ensure all tasks are completed.
  • Monitor and report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Support and ensure team adherence to Chick-fil-A food safety and quality standards.

Kitchen Responsibilities (Leading by Example!):

  • Prepare, cook, and assemble craveable, safe food quickly and accurately.
  • Inspire the team to prioritize food safety and show care through quality.
  • Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations: fries, breading, food prep, dishwashing.
