Back of House (BOH) Team Member – Downtown Middleton Opening Team

Get in on the ground floor—literally. Our new Downtown Middleton location is opening this fall, and we’re looking for hardworking, kitchen-savvy team members to join the Back of House (BOH) team.

Positions include:

Prep Cook, Utility/Dishwasher, To-Go Packager, and more.

What You'll Do:

• Prep proteins, sides, and sauces to spec
• Keep kitchen clean, safe, and organized
• Work as a team to push out high-quality food fast
• Follow food safety and recipe procedures
• Help launch and support a brand-new store opening

What We're Looking For:

• Kitchen experience is a plus (but not required for all roles)
• Strong work ethic and teamwork
• Dependability and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
