Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards

Operate in multiple kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep

Stock and organize kitchen inventory as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Work efficiently to meet speed of service goals without sacrificing quality

Stay informed on new menu items and procedures

Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Consistent and reliable work ethic

Positive, team-focused attitude

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to multitask in a high-energy kitchen environment

Willingness to work a flexible schedule (we’re closed Sundays!)

Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly

Comfortable standing for long periods of time
