As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in the heart of our operation—preparing food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This position is focused on Back of House duties and does not include guest-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare, assemble and serve products to food stations.
- Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture and standard of excellence.
- Ensure guest experience by applying consistent food safety requirements.
- Communicate clearly with fellow team members and leaders.
- Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning and equipment care.
- Unload delivery trucks supplies and place in proper storage area.
- Maintain a well-groomed and clean appearance and professional dress.

Requirements

- Kitchen experience preferred.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is required.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
