Back of House Team Member

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time

Our Biggest Hiring Needs Include:

• Kitchen Team Member for opening shift from 6am, 7am, or 8am until 2pm, 3pm or 4pm.
• Kitchen Team Member for part-time prep role during the mid-shift especially from 9am,10am, or 11am until 2pm
• Kitchen Team Members for closing shift (especially on Tuesdays and Saturdays) from 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, or 5pm until Close

Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Adult candidates age 18 and up
• We need year round employees for our team - especially those who can work during the summer
