Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely while meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Master responsibilities in all kitchen stations, including: fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock and manage kitchen inventory and supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Stay informed on new menu items and procedures
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any issues to leadership promptly
• Complete all assigned opening or closing responsibilities
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain knowledge of procedures and updates
• Follow all Chick-fil-A rules, safety guidelines, and dress code policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
• Consistent and reliable with strong work ethic
• Cheerful, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Customer service oriented, even when working behind the scenes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Passionate about serving others and maintaining a high-quality food experience and food safety excellence
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry 30–50 lbs regularly
