Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present craveable food safely and efficiently.
• Master all kitchen station assignments, including fries, breading, and food prep.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment.
• Stay updated on new products and adhere to food safety procedures.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any issues.
• Follow Chick-fil-A's dress code and rules at all times.

Qualifications:

• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Cheerful and positive attitude with a passion for service.
• Strong interpersonal and detail-oriented skills.
• Able to multi-task and work well both independently and in a team.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
