Back of House Team Member Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely, meeting Chick-fil-A’s high standards
• Manage kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory and maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen
• Stay updated on new products and complete in-house training
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any issues promptly
• Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be age 18 or older with a cheerful, positive attitude
• Reliable with a cheerful and positive attitude
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Works well independently and within a team
• Flexible schedule availability including weekdays and weekends
• Ability to lift 15-30 lbs regularly and stand for long periods
