The Back of House Team Member executes food preparation and production with excellence, ensuring every guest receives safe, high-quality food.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Properly handle, prepare, and manage raw proteins.
• Prepare and cook proteins, starches, and other menu items according to established recipes and procedures.
• Execute cold food preparation and production with accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor and manage hot and cold food hold times to ensure product quality and food safety.
• Assemble and package both hot and cold ready-to-eat menu items according to presentation standards.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe workstations throughout each shift.
• Follow all established Chick-fil-A Food Safety 5 Guidelines.
• Adhere to all Chick-fil-A production standards, recipes, and operational procedures.
• Work effectively within a team environment to support kitchen throughput and execution.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and shift readiness activities as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

No previous experience required. Training is provided.
