The Assistant Director of Back of House Training will be responsible for overseeing all of Back of House training. They will work with the Back of House Director and fellow Assistant Directors to manage and operate a clean and safe environment. Operationally, they will lead and develop trainers in our Back of House department.
Requirements:
- Work 35-40 hours / week
- 30-35 hours in store operations
- 5-10 hours of non-operational time.
- Friday’s and Saturday’s fully open
- Two nights a week minimum
- 1 year of leadership experience
- Work on your feet
- Lift 50 lbs
