Program Overview
The U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Family and Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Program (FMWRP) supports Soldiers and their Families by delivering vital services and programs across Army installations worldwide. This role directly supports IMCOM’s mission by helping ensure timely and accurate processing of background checks tied to childcare services.

Position Overview
RIVA Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Background Check Administrator (BCA) to support the processing, coordination, submission, and tracking of Child Services Background Checks (CSBCs). This individual will serve as a key administrative resource and liaison for background investigation submissions, helping ensure compliance with government standards, procedural requirements, and established timelines.
The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, customer service, and administrative skills, along with the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
