Bag Room Attendant

As a Bag Room Attendant at our country club, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the bag room facility, maintaining a high level of organization and cleanliness while delivering attentive assistance to golfers. 

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a golf club or hospitality environment.
2. Knowledge of golf etiquette and familiarity with golf equipment is highly desirable.
3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously and effectively with members and guests.
4. Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy golf bags and equipment.
7. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed.
8. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
9. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to club members and guests.
10. Willingness to adhere to the club's dress code and grooming standards.
