Baja Deli Crew Member

Position Summary

The Baja Deli Crew Member is responsible for delivering a superior guest experience by preparing and serving food and beverage items in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner. This position supports Baja Deli operations while adhering to all casino, departmental, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong guest service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverage items in accordance with established recipes, portion controls, and quality standards
  
• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to all guests
  
• Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, health, and gaming regulations
  
• Accurately handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times
  
• Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and internal controls
  
• Work cooperatively with team members and management to support daily operations
  
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during peak service periods
  
• Uphold guest confidentiality and casino service standards

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with health codes
  

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming Registration, as required
  
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move items consistent with food service duties
  
• Flexible availability required
