Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts with care and precision
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain strict food safety standards
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets efficiently
• Package and present baked goods attractively to delight customers
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering to keep the kitchen well-stocked
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in baking and food preparation with a focus on quality and safety
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to handle food safely
• Proficiency with kitchen tools including knives
• Willingness to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4am

Schedule & Work Environment
