Valley Natural Foods is a community-owned grocery co-op in Burnsville that believes good food brings people together. We're looking for a Baker/Cake Decorator who takes pride in their craft, enjoys working as part of a team, and is passionate about creating products that look as good as they taste.

What You'll Do
You'll create and decorate cakes, cookies, pastries, and other baked goods while ensuring quality, freshness, and presentation standards are met. You'll work with customers on special orders, maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow food safety procedures, and collaborate with the team to provide an exceptional bakery experience for our community.
What We're Looking For
· Experience with baking and/or cake decorating.
· A creative eye and attention to detail.
· Someone who takes pride in producing high-quality products.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
· Friendly communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
· An interest in natural, organic, and specialty foods is a plus.
