Gruber Law Offices, the premier personal injury law firm in southeastern Wisconsin, is looking for an individual to join our team as a Balances and Subrogation Specialist. This position is responsible in contacting medical providers and insurance companies to gather and verify billing and lien information, completing detailed documentation to support our clients' cases.

Candidates must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Prior experience in medical billing, insurance, or legal administration is preferred.

Our work here is high volume and fast paced. We care about our clients and our community. This is a full-time, in-office position.
