About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Banquet House Attendant with experience and a passion for executing exceptional banquet events. This role involves handling all aspects of event setup, breakdown, and ensuring spaces are maintained in perfect condition to deliver a flawless guest experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating memorable events.

What you will do

• Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.

• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition.

• Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans. 

• Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securely. 

What you bring

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

• Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding room set-up

• High school education or equivalent experience

• Minimum one year food service or related work

• The ability to lift 25/50 pounds regularly.

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
