We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager for an upscale dining and sports restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, combining a passion for great food and hospitality with leadership skills that motivate and inspire staff. This role requires the ability to manage day-to-day operations while ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability through strategic marketing and team development.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a full service dining environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build a cohesive team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Experience with inventory management systems and scheduling tools
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bar ordering an inventory
