- Responsible for preparing ingredients for cocktails and garnishes for bar staff
- Mixing and following batch recipes
- Keep a clean & organized bar fridge
- Provide support to the entire bar team
- Set up bar wells in the morning
- Maintain prep charts and proper rotation of all bar prep items
Work schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Day shift
