Key Responsibilities

• Assist Bartender with making drinks and /or garnishing outgoing drinks.
• Restocking bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
• Keep dishware stocked and washed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces
• Support in preparing garnishes and ingredients for drink service
• Remove empty bottles and trash, and ensure proper disposal
• Help with setting up and breaking down the bar at the start and end of shifts
• Provide excellent guest service by supporting bartenders in delivering timely and quality service
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

Paid Sick Leave (Colorado)

Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), Urban Egg provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location: Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Team members earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.

- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment
