Position Overview:

As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. By working side by side with our bartenders, you will ensure the bar runs smoothly throughout every shift. You’ll maintain stock, cleanliness, and organization, while anticipating the needs of the bartenders and guests alike. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages for guests. 
• Maintain cleanliness in bar area and restaurant. 
• Restock and replenish bar items as needed. 
• Assist with stocking bar, ensuring batches are always fresh, and slicing garnishes. 
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment by communicating effectively and supporting team members.

*Position is tip and service charge eligible. 

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant; minimum 1 year in a barback role.
• Basic understanding of food handling and safety practices.
• Basic liquor/wine knowledge highly preferred. 
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
