Barback - Eldorado Scioto Downs Columbus, OH

A bar back is responsible for basic prep work behind the bar. 

• Responsible for stocking bars with liquor, beer, fruit, mixes, straws, napkins, ice, cleaning products, all other products required in the day-to-day operation of the bar. 
• Will assist bartenders during breaks. 
• Keep records of inventory transfers. 
• All other duties as assigned.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• Proficient with iOS devices
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Prior professional cleaning experience preferred

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Previous bar experience a plus. Must be able to work in a fast paced physically demanding environment. 

• Must be physically able to lift up to 30lbs, bend, stoop, climb, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation. 

• Must be detail-oriented and organized in order to maintain records of inventory transfers. 

• Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods. May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment. 

• Must be at least 19. Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing. Must be able to pass a background investigation. Subject to pre-employment drug screening.
