Barback Ski Resort Season 26-27

Tenney Mountain is looking for a reliable, high-energy Barback to support our bartenders and help keep our bars running smoothly during busy service periods. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in hospitality, nightlife, or resort operations.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Support bartenders during service by restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and glassware

  
  


• 
  

  Keep bar areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout shifts

  
  


• 
  

  Wash and polish glassware

  
  


• 
  

  Remove trash and recycling regularly

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with opening and closing duties

  
  


• 
  

  Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all resort policies, safety standards, and alcohol service guidelines

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Must be at least 18 years old

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  
  


• 
  

  Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude and team-first mindset

  
  


• 
  

  Prior bar or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
