Job Description - Barista

Our Baristas are the face of our cafes, creating a welcoming experience for every customer. They prepare quality coffee, tea, and food, provide friendly service, and work together to keep the cafe running smoothly.

Essential Responsibilities

Greet every customer with a customer-first attitude
Arrive on time and ready for each shift.
Prepare drinks and food according to company recipes and standards.
Operate brewing equipment safely and correctly.
Take and complete customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Keep the cafe clean and organized.

Requirements

Previous hospitality or customer service experience required
