What You’ll Do as a Talented Barista

• Prepare and serve stunning, Instagram-worthy seasonal drinks quickly and accurately
• Handle multiple orders with chill but fast energy during busy rushes
• Engage with customers by remembering their names and favorite drinks
• Create positive connections and brighten customers’ days with your enthusiasm
• Work collaboratively with your team, communicating and supporting each other
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and love for talking to people
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Coachability and willingness to learn and improve
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand for 6–8 hours
• Availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18+ with at least a high school diploma or equivalent
