We are seeking a skilled and friendly part-time Barista to join our team at Basecamp at Lightwell Hotel + Spa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty coffee beverages, and other beverages to customers.


• Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served


• Prepare and serve food to customers following the instructions provided


• Take customer orders and handle transactions


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment


• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns in a professional manner


• Manage inventory for Basecamp

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older


• Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred


• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques


• Excellent customer service skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Must be able to stand for 6 - 8 hours per day, bend, stoop, crouch


• Handles cleaning chemicals


• Tip eligible


• Must be 21 or older


• Must be available weekends
