Crew Member Qualifications:

Willingness to learn food and beverage knowledge
Willingness to learn and follow coffee and tea recipes
Excellent customer service, professional demeanor, and appearance
Ability to operate cash register system and handle transactions accurately
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Physical capability for standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Commitment to following company policies, airport regulations, and safety protocols
Willingness to process a Background Check

Crew Member Responsibilities:

Providing friendly and efficient customer service, including greeting, answering questions, and processing orders
Handling cash transactions accurately and maintaining proper change levels
Performing barista and food preparation duties as needed
Maintaining cleanliness, stocking, and organization of work areas
Participating in daily side-work tasks and upholding uniform standard
