Responsibilities:

• Provide      exceptional and attentive bar service, catering to guests' preferences and recommending unique drink options to complement their dining experience.
• Create signature cocktails that embrace both classic favorites and bold, contemporary flavors, offering a journey of tastes and textures.
• Maintain      an organized and well-stocked bar area, ensuring the timely preparation of beverages while adhering to Giana's quality standards.
• Engage      with guests, building genuine connections and ensuring a convivial atmosphere that encourages guests to return time and again.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and serving team to ensure a seamless flow of service and an unparalleled dining and bar experience.
• Embrace eco-conscious practices and sustainability initiatives, reflecting Giana's commitment to responsible and ethical beverage service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
• An extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and mixology techniques, with a passion for exploring new trends and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests with charm and professionalism.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate our guests' needs and peak bar hours.
• A  team-oriented mindset, valuing collaboration and working together to elevate the bar experience at Giana.
• Knowledge      of responsible alcohol service and adherence to local and state regulations related to beverage service.
