Bartender

Job Brief: We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team and provide excellent customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Starting at $16.78 hour - *Potential average monthly customer tips for a capable bartender can range from $3,000 to $6,000+.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers

• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks

• Check the identification of customers to ensure they meet the legal drinking age

• Monitor customer alcohol consumption and intervene as needed

• Ensure the bar area is clean and organized

• Receive payment and process cash/credit transactions

• Stock the bar with necessary supplies

• Comply with all health and safety regulations

Skills Required:

• Proven working experience as a bartender

• Knowledge of standard drink recipes

• Ability to mix drinks accurately and responsibly

• Ability to multitask and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, cocktails and other drink recipes

• Excellent customer service skills

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
