Bartender

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our upscale rooftop bar team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through high-quality cocktails, efficient service, and a strong understanding of hospitality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains attention to detail, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and elevated atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to recipes and standards


• Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all guests


• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times


• Execute cocktails consistently, including house recipes and seasonal menu items


• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service


• Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately


• Restock and prep bar ingredients, garnishes, and glassware as needed


• Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth service


• Uphold all ABC laws, health regulations, and company standards

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience (1–2+ years preferred, upscale or high-volume environment a plus)


• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine


• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays


• Must be 21+ and able to obtain any required certifications

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hotel or rooftop bar environments


• Knowledge of craft cocktails and seasonal menu execution


• Ability to upsell and enhance guest experience


• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time


• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs (kegs, cases, etc.)


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
