Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a timely manner as they enter the Icebreaker lounge or approach the banquet bar 


• Prepare drinks as ordered per company specifications


• Take payment for orders placed 


• Bartenders working in the Icebreaker lounge are also responsible for making drinks for the dining room, guests sitting at the bar and tables including taking/serving drink and food orders. 


• Ensure the bar is clean and stocked at all times

Qualifications: 

• Must be 21 or older 


• Previous bartender and server experience required


• Knowledge of mixed drink recipes, wines and other alcoholic beverages


• Alcohol service training preferred, but will train 


• Summertime shift availability from 11:30am - closing (depends on business, but most nights will be midnight or later).


• Weekends & Holidays required
