Bartender

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Full-Time Bartender to join our team at Five Guys.

Compensation & Schedule:

• $15.00 per hour starting pay

• Full-time position with consistent scheduling

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, and specialty drinks according to company standards

• Ensure all guests receive friendly, efficient, and consistent service

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar area at all times

• Verify customer identification and ensure responsible alcohol service

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

• Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and bar setup/closing duties

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Must hold a valid TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Card

• Must hold a valid Sheriff’s Card

• Previous bartending or alcohol service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
