Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming bar experience as a professional Bartender
• Recommend beverages, cocktails, and menu items based on guest preferences
• Mix classic cocktails and specialty drinks with consistency and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar throughout each shift
• Process orders efficiently while managing multiple guests in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow Bartenders to ensure smooth service flow
• Check guest IDs and follow all alcohol service laws and restaurant policies
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and beverage handling procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender preferred
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and beverage service
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Basic math and payment handling skills
• Positive energy and passion for hospitality
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred
• Bartending certification is a plus
