We are seeking friendly, high-energy full-time Servers with open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and are passionate about delivering Best in Class service.

Experienced Bartender to provide refined yet relaxed dining experience for our members and guests.

As a Tower Room Server, you'll be responsible for taking food and drink orders, entering them into our point-of-sale system, and ensuring guests are served efficiently and courteously. You'll work closely with both front and back-of-house teams to provide a seamless dining experience. 

We are seeking a professional, full-time Server to join our food & beverage team at our private country club. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale resort environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional, personalized service. 

About the Role: 

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a refined yet relaxed dining experience for our members and their guests. A member-first attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs are essential to success in this role. You will work as part of a team dedicated to exceeding expectations and creating memorable moments at every table. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide polished, professional service in accordance with fine dining standards 
• Build rapport with members and guests to create a welcoming and personalized experience 
• Execute all aspects of table service including menu knowledge, wine service, and proper table settings 
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations 
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining room 
• Uphold club policies and service standards with consistency and integrity 

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of Bar experience in a fine dining or high-end hospitality setting 
• Knowledge of wine and classic service etiquette preferred 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude 
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays 
• Commitment to service excellence and hospitality
