Labriola Italian Specialties is looking for friendly, energetic bartenders to join our team in the heart of Fulton Market!

As a bartender, you'll do more than make great drinks-you'll help create the lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back. If you enjoy connecting with people, working as part of a team, and staying busy in a fast-paced restaurant, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently

  Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to every guest

  Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere at the bar

  Learn the menu and confidently answer guest questions

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed

  Work closely with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all alcohol-service, safety, sanitation, and responsible-serving standards

  
  


• 
  

  Help create memorable experiences for guests and a positive environment for coworkers

  Previous bartending or restaurant experience is preferred, but we're willing to train great people with the right attitude
