Bartender

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our team in Lakewood Ranch, FL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers according to recipes and standards.


• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks and specials.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and glassware.


• Check identification to verify legal drinking age of customers.


• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.


• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.


• Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred but not required.


• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Must be at least 21 years old and legally allowed to serve alcohol in Florida.


• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
