Bartender/Server

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and customer preferences.


• Take food and drink orders, accurately input them into the POS system, and deliver items promptly.


• Engage with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.


• Follow all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service policies.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a bartender or serving preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Knowledge of beverage preparation, including cocktails, beer, and wine.


• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to serve alcohol in Chicago, IL.


• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
