Baseball Head Coach, High School (EX)-Archbishop Curley High School, Baltimore MD

Essential Functions

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the baseball program  


• Develop a competitive program within the MIAA A Conference  


• Build and sustain a strong culture centered on accountability, discipline, and teamwork  


• Coordinate player development across Varsity, JV, and Freshman/Sophomore levels  


• Foster relationships with youth and feeder programs to strengthen long-term program success  


• Promote student-athlete growth academically, athletically, and personally  


• Assist players with college recruitment opportunities and exposure  


• Organize practices, offseason development, and game preparation  


• Serve as a positive representative of Archbishop Curley High School and its mission

Position Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the game of baseball


• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills


• Proven ability to build and maintain a positive, disciplined, and competitive team culture


• Experience developing players and preparing student-athletes for collegiate opportunities


• Strong recruiting and relationship-building abilities


• Commitment to establishing and maintaining a strong youth pipeline and feeder system


• Ability to oversee and manage all levels of the program, including Varsity, JV, and Freshman/Sophomore teams


• Willingness to obtain coaching certification if not already certified

Pay Range:  $4,000 - $5,000, per season
