Bashas' Distribution Center Asst. Team Lead - Chandler, AZ

SUMMARY: The Warehouse Shipping Lead is responsible for coordinating and supervising all order selectors, loading, shipping, and general warehouse activities during the shipping shift. The Lead will also coordinate the new hire orientation and the new hire training.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma required.  Requires management & supervisory skills in addition to experience directing shipping activities in a consumer goods distribution center.  Familiarity with AS 400, Vocollect, and RF materials handling systems is essential. Extended work hours and weekends availability required. Must have a minimum amount of policy points. Good communication skills are required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
