Luxury Bath of San Diego is looking for quality people to join our winning team. Our goal is simple, to beautify bathrooms across our community by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable, and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures, thereby enriching the lives of those we touch.

We are seeking Inside Bathroom Remodel Sales Representatives to join our team at our San Diego office. We are a family business that specializes in wet area bathroom remodels. We are seeking sales professionals who know how to capitalize on the reputation we have in the industry. That means transforming our customer's dreams into sales for wet area bath remodels. This position is critical to the future growth of our company.

The role of the Sales Representative is to sell our products and services. We offer an excellent compensation package. Sales Representatives are compensated on a 100% commission basis with bonuses. The Sales Representative must be available Monday through Saturday and evening appointments are required. Prospect Leads are generated through various media avenues and appointments are set and confirmed for the Sales Representative by the Call Center / Confirmation Department.

Overview
We are growing at an impressive pace. Lead flow is strong, so we need to hire an experienced professional Sales Rep ASAP.

In-Home sales experience is a plus. The consultant would need to have the ability to run sales calls, while maintaining their sold and pending jobs with consistent project updates, ensuring a smooth efficient workflow from the beginning until the job is complete. For the right person this is career opportunity including great financial potential to earn $100,000+ per year.

The Profile of an ideal candidate
The individual we are looking for is NOT the typical salesperson most people think of. We have found that our customers want to buy our products and services but do not like being “sold.” So, rather than a “pushy” salesperson, we need someone who asks questions, listens to the homeowner, determines their needs, offers options for them to choose from and closes the deal.

Schedule
We will schedule sales calls based upon your availability whenever possible. If you want appointments at night so you can take care of your needs during the day, we will work with you as much as we can. Sometimes you may need to meet with a homeowner on a Saturday morning or evening.

Requirements:

1-3 years sales experience
Bath remodeling experience a plus.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent computer skills -- MS Office, database management, etc.
Be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen, in accordance with local law/regulations.

Salary with an average earning of $75,000- $125,000/year.

We offer gas and mileage reimbursement, phone reimbursement, and opportunities for bonuses.
