Job Description - BCBA Therapist

Our client, a pediatric therapy organization, is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join its growing team.

  • Scheduling Support: A dedicated team ensures consistent client scheduling
  • Quality & Reporting: Ongoing support with documentation, training, and quality control
  • Billing: Full management of claims and reimbursement
  • Administrative Support: Includes practicum students, floor managers, and front desk teams
  • Behavior Technician Hiring & Training: Centralized recruiting, onboarding, and training
  • Career Development for BTs: Structured pathways to ensure a well-trained, motivated team
  • BCBA certification
  • Bachelor's degree (entry-level candidates welcome)
  • Passion for working with children and families in an ABA setting
