Community Hospital is a full-service, acute-care hospital, licensed for 60 beds. The Community Hospital Emergency Department has been instrumental in Community Hospital’s unprecedented growth and success over the last decade.  Since earning a Level III Trauma Designation several years ago, the department continues to grow as more patients in our Grand Valley community continue to choose Community Hospital.  The Emergency Department averages around 23,000 patient visits annually, and we are actively looking for a new Emergency Medicine Physician to join this growing team.  

This Position Includes:

• Group consists of all experienced and board-certified Emergency Medicine Physicians.  


• Physician shifts vary in length between 10 and 12 hours.  


• Level III trauma center with 23,000+ visits annually.


• 7 minutes away from the region's Level II trauma center with a well-established transfer protocol

Benefits & Compensation:

This positions base hourly compensation for all non-nocturne shifts is $195 per hour with established hourly rate increases for nocturne shifts and overtime shifts.  Position also qualifies for an annual patient satisfaction bonus with an annual value of up to $10,000.     

Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
