POSITION SUMMARY & PURPOSE

An EA Resident teacher is an educational worker without a teacher's license who assists teachers with classroom management and organization. Also known as a teacher's aide, the EA resident serves as a positive and nurturing guide for students and attends to their physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
