  The Coordinators are responsible for aiding the Sales and Service Teams with overflowing customers via phone call, internet lead submissions, and in person opportunities.

  Assist in attending to all inquiries and customers in a timely fashion

  Set appointments for in person visits, call backs, video communication, etc.

  Gather as much information as possible and build immediate rapport

  Execute strengthened handoffs of live opportunities to ensure our best chances at converting
