BDC / Online Automotive Sales Associate

Abeloff is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated sales professional to join our sales team! Please note, this is NOT a remote position; the incumbent will be working in our dealership, 5 days a week (position requires working Saturday; there is a day off during the week). Responsibilities: 

• 
  

  For many customers, the Internet Sales Associate is their first point of contact with our dealership. Your goal is to convert customer inquiries into sales for our dealership.

  
  


• 
  

  You will respond to inquiries we receive via internet, phone and email, and quickly learn what each customer is looking for in their next vehicle. 

  
  


• 
  

  You will use your knowledge of our inventory and our product line to help customers identify the best vehicle for their needs, and encourage them to come into our dealership to see our vehicles and meet with a salesperson. 

  
  


• 
  

  You will make appointments for interested customers, and continuously follow up with them throughout the buying process.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Familiarity with technology, internet/social media, and various computer apps

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to quickly gain familiarity with our vehicles and their features

  
  


• 
  

  Friendly, engaging manner, able to establish good relationships with customers

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational skills, communication skills, ability to work independently, and a genuine desire to assist customers

  Multi-tasking in a very fast-paced environment, with a professional and friendly demeanor
