BDC Receptionist

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• 
  

  Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls.  

  
  

• 
  

  Creating Service Appointments. 

  
  

• 
  

  Placing outbound calls to dealership customers. 

  
  

• 
  

  Ability to work a schedule with some weeknights till 8:00pm and Saturdays. 

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• 
  

  Bi-lingual, Spanish preferred. 

  
  

• 
  

  Customer Service experience desired but not required. 

  
  

• 
  

  Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. 

  
  

• 
  

  Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
