BDC Representative

Fox Motors has a BDC Representative opening in Traverse City, MI at Fox Grand Traverse. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by developing and maintaining trust with our customers that will build long-term relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The BDC Representative is a master at establishing and keeping a book of business. As a BDC Representative, you are responsible for gathering customer information, scheduling appointments, and keeping appointments while following up with all customers who have inquired about purchasing a vehicle. Fox Motors is looking for a BDC Representative that has strong organizational and listening skills, loves working with people, and desires to be part of a team. Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Respond to all incoming internet inquiries and online chats.


• Provide continuous follow-up via phone and email throughout the customer's buying cycle.


• Set sales appointments for customers and assign to appropriate sales staff.


• Keep a daily log of appointments and communicate with management.


• Utilize dealership database for all customer contact, appointments, tracking and notes.


• Convey general information regarding current inventory or specials.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Prior BDC experience preferred but not required.


• Experience with the VIN Solutions CRM tool is a plus but not required.


• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously and in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
