BDC Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.


• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments to support the sales team.


• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.


• Work closely with sales and service departments to ensure customers have an excellent experience.


• Achieve performance targets to qualify for monthly bonuses.
