BDC Representative

MCGRATH ACURA CHICAGO is seeking an EXPERIENCED, qualified BDC representative to help grow our BDC. We are looking for a long term, goal oriented individual with a strong history of performance in this position. 

Summary

The Service BDC Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communication with customers regarding service needs, appointments, and follow-up. The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, increase service department revenue, and help maintain high customer retention rates. This role involves heavy phone, email, and sometimes text-based communication, along with database management to schedule appointments and promote service offerings.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule a service appointment.


• Make several outbound calls per day.


• Log all Customer-comments.


• Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.


• Contact Customers using scripts to schedule appointments for service.


• Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.


• Respond to Customer website-requests.


• Contact Internet Customers via email and phone to schedule a service appointment.


• Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.


• Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
